Submitting your show to Apple Podcasts

Before you start, make sure your podcast has a valid RSS feed, cover artwork, a title, description, category, and at least one published episode. To get your podcast on Apple Podcasts, here's what you'll need to do:


1. Go to Apple Podcasts Connect

Visit podcastsconnect.apple.com and sign in.

2. Sign In With Your Apple ID

Use your Apple ID to access Apple Podcasts Connect. If you do not already have an Apple ID, you’ll need to create one before continuing.

3. Add a New Show

Once you’re inside Apple Podcasts Connect, click the +   button and choose the option to add a new show. Select the option to add a show using an RSS feed.

4. Enter Your Podcast RSS Feed

Copy your podcast RSS feed URL from Beamly and paste it into Apple Podcasts Connect.

Apple will check your feed and pull in your podcast details, including your show title, artwork, description, and episodes.

5. Complete Your Podcast Details

Review the information Apple displays and complete any required fields. This may include:

  • Podcast category
  • Content rights
  • Show contact information
  • Publishing frequency
  • Availability settings

6. Submit Your Podcast for Review

When your podcast details are complete, submit your show for review.

Apple usually reviews podcast submissions within 1-3 business days. Once approved, your show will appear in Apple Podcasts, and future episodes will update automatically from your RSS feed.

After Your Podcast Is Approved

After approval, Apple will provide a public Apple Podcasts link for your show. You can share this link with listeners, add it to your website, and include it in your podcast marketing materials.

As you publish new episodes through Beamly, Apple Podcasts will continue reading your RSS feed and updating your show automatically.

Quick Submission Checklist

Before submitting to Apple Podcasts, confirm that:

  • Your podcast has at least one published episode.
  • Your RSS feed is active and public.
  • Your cover artwork meets Apple’s requirements.
  • Your title, description, and category are complete.
  • Your contact details are accurate.
