Note: All amounts shown are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We also charge additional tax or VAT, when applicable as required by law. (depending on your location and billing address)
We offer 3 different base plans you can choose from:
- Starter -
- 1 full website.
- 1 hosted/imported podcast + 1 imported video channel.
- 1,000 free members.
- Unlimited episodes, landing pages and blog posts.
- 1 additional team seat.
- Creator -
- Everything available on the Starter plan, plus:
- 1 full website.
- 1 podcast / video channel / course.
- 1,000 free or paid members.
- 0% platform fees.
- Monetization tools - memberships, subscriptions and digital products.
- Unlimited episodes, course lessons, videos, landing pages and blog posts.
- 3 additional team seats.
- Built-in site analytics.
- Business -
- Everything available on the Creator plan, plus:
- 10 podcasts/video channels / courses.
- AI transcript requests.
- Unlimited team seats.
There are a few different upgrade paths you can use -
- Number of sites - you can select a larger number of websites (additional sites are provided at a discount) if you need to manage multiple projects.
- Number of podcasts/video channels/courses - on the Business plan, you can manage multiple podcasts/courses/channels on the same site. There are 10 of each by default, but you can scale all the way to 1,000+ items when needed.
- Number of members - you get 1,000 members initially. (free members on the Starter plan, paid/free on the Creator or Business plans). You can upgrade the number of members on the Creator and Business plans.
With each subscription plan, you have the option of choosing between a monthly or an annual subscription. You can save up to 25% by subscribing annually rather than monthly.
You can easily change plans in your dashboard. Price differences are always pro-rated. If you are in the middle of your billing cycle, you will only be charged the difference between the initial plan and the new one. Note - When you switch plans, any additional charge is immediate - so please only change those when you're ready.

Legacy plans and Podcastpage.io users:
Beamly launched in October 2025 after a rebrand from Podcastpage.io. Any customer who was originally on Podcastpage has been migrated. Your pricing and plans stays the same if that's your case.
In the past, several older paid tiers were offered - Personal, Podcaster / Podcast Network, and the old Business plan. Those plans are no longer offered to new customers. If you're still subscribed to one of the above plans, you can keep using those forever (at the same price-point) or upgrade to one of the newer plans to better leverage the latest features.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial period?
If you pay for a year upfront on an annual subscription, you'll receive a discount of up to 20%. The discount is automatically applied when you pay for the annual plan, compared to the monthly subscription.
Would I have to pay additional tax or VAT?
Depending on where you reside, there may be an additional charge according to your country/state laws. This is handled automatically by our payment gateway partner so you don't have to do anything else.
In case you have a tax-exempt number or VAT number, you can introduce it during checkout to avoid the tax.
How do I update my credit card information?
Payment details can be easily edited under the "Account > Billing" section. By clicking on the "Update Payment Info" button, you can add your new card.
Can I upgrade my plan as needed?
Sure. After signing up for any plan, you can upgrade, downgrade, change the billing duration, etc. You will only be billed if the price changes, and we will prorate your previous payments.
How can I pay?
Payments can be made via Credit Card & PayPal within the app. In some locations, you can use Amazon Pay or Apple Pay as well. Once you’re logged in, check your billing page under “My Account” to finalize your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
The most important thing to us is that you're satisfied with our platform and service. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions, but here's a quick overview -
There are no refunds on monthly subscriptions. We do understand that there are exceptions, so if you forgot to cancel or have any questions - we'd be happy to review your case.
Annual plans can be refunded during the first 14 days of your subscription. There are no refunds beyond that timeframe and you cannot get a partial refund several months into an annual plan.
